Execptional Customer Service

As a client of 20 years, I phoned to cancel with Outsurance and move to another insurer. One of the senior consultants, Shumani, spent almost an hour on the phone with me, comparing the offerings from both companies. Needless to say, he managed to explain the differences so well that I have decided to remain an Outsurance client. Here's to the next 20 years!!
