Excess returned

When an accident isn't your fault, it's good to know your insurance company knows how to get your excess (and their considerable contribution) back! I was really frustrated with how long the process took (almost 5 months), but to have Outsurance ultimately be successful with the claim confirms the effectiveness of this insurance company.
