Excess retried from third party insurer

I was in a car accident a few months ago. Outsurance were quick and efficient in assessing the damages and paying me out so that I could replace my vehicle. I was advised that an attempt would be made to claim excess from the third party insurer, although there was no guarantee that this would materialise. After a few months, I received a phone call advising me that the claim had been successful, and that the excess would be paid to me within 48 hours. Thank you OutsuranceA
