Excess Refund

I was in an accident and my car was a write off. Outsurance updated me throughout their dealings with the 3rd party insurance and I was informed as soon as the claim was processed. I was refunded access deducted when my claim was settled. I never called Outsurance but only when I logged the claim because I never had to, the updates from them were prompt. I am genuinely impressed.
