Excess recovery refund

<p>My husband was involved in an accident, they bumped him at the back of the car. Outsurance is very good, they stick to their commitment. We claimed with Outsurance as our insurance & they did a claim on our behalf to the other party. We got our excess money back in full, claim number ********** 95. </p>
