Excess Recovery / Outstanding Help/That's Service!

Hello,<br> I had a car accident a couple of months ago. Everything was handled by Outsurance and they were trying to get back the money / excess from the other party. The up above employee went the extra Mile for me. She did everything to get back the money and she informed me about every step. It was a delight talking to her and I never lost faith maybe not getting it back. This is how service looks like and I would recommend everyone to Outsurance but mostly to Mrs. Scheepers.
