Excess Recovery for written off car

Last year my son wrote his car off due to some very bad road damages in Grahamastown. Outsurance undertook to try get the excess back from municipal authorities there. Apart from great assiatance all the way from car recovery to getting it back to Johannesburg and the payout for the write off, they were indeed able to recover some expenses from the municipality and my entire excess too! I thought it would never happen. Well done Outsurance, great work and great service!,
