Excess recovery

An Outsurance client drove into my car in March this year I claimed from my insurance(IWYZE) as I know from previous experience that Outsurance will give me problems(Outsurance took a long time to repair my father's car). Clearly the status quo remains. After four months, I'm waiting for Outsurance to pay my excess and there is no indication as to when they will pay. This emanates the implication that I would still be without a car today had I claimed from Outsurance. I want my money.
