Excess Recovery

I would like to thank Funi Netshilata for her assistance in recovering my excess from the other party involved. I was so pleasantly surprised when I got my first call and email from Funi advising that they were going to try recover the excess. I did not know this was even possible. Funi has been super friendly and super helpful and kept us continuously in the loop at all times.
