Excess recovery

<p>Was involved in a small incident and had to claim. Outsurance managed to recover all the money as well as my excess and advised me. I was over the moon, never have I heard of anyone actually getting back their excess. Thank you Outsurance for your open honest service that we as a customer get.</p>
