Excess recovery

I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in March 2017 and as it was not my fault OUTSURANCE recommended that a claim against the other driver for recovery of my excess should be instituted. I was advised that this was a lengthy process. Well ....... I have just been informed that the claim has been successful and I should see payment of the full amount on my bank statement within 48 to 72 hours. The entire process from start to finish has been very well managed by the company
