excess recovery
<p>Glad to have finally received my excess refund, but, for an open and shut case, where the other party was clearly at fault, and admitted that fact freely, 5 months is just way way too loing to have to wait.</p> <p>All of the other driver's insurance and personal details were supp**** on the day of the incident, and duly supp**** to OUTSURANCE on that date, and their procedures need to be looked at as to why there was a time lag of 5 months to get my money refunded to me.</p>
