Excess Recovery

<p>I was rear ended by an uncoporative man and had to weigh my options to do a third party claim through his insurance or just claim through my own insurance.</p> <p>I was dissappointed to find that Outsurance would not assist me to claim and persue the matter through the third party's insurance but would only assist me if I claimed through them. But ultimately once I did claim, they took over every aspect of recovering the costs to me and I was stress free. I don't even remember running around gathering documents, standing in lines or filling in form after form. Ultimately Jenny Malan in the legal department was kind and efficient and recovered the costs and enabled me to be refunded the excess I had paid for the repairs.</p>
