Excess recovered

I had my first car accident and from the moment I called Outsurance about towing my car from the scene (3 weeks ago) until now they have been nothing short of amazing!!

I dealt with Given and Sizwe and their customer service is excellent. I haven't had to follow up once, every day or second day I get a call with an update on the claim.

AND yesterday Sizwe called saying they were refunding my excess!! Outsurance has made one of the worst situations to deal with easy and stress free.
