Excess Recovered

In April this year i was in an accident.

Firstly, it was my first accident ever in my entire life of driving... scary! Outsurance pulled through for me shem, a hassle free claim it was.

Alot of people told me stories about claims and the excess. I was told to forget about the excess, the emails i received from Outsurance sited that it takes a long time for them to recover it, so to me this meant, forget it, write it off your life and dont ever think about it. So i put my mind at ease and considered the excess as a donation made to charity.

But then today, yhoooo today, i got the best phone call, Nkululeko Msiza, the gentleman that was sending the emails that it takes long to recover the excess called me!!

Best news, excess has been recovered and it will be paid back to me WHHHHHHATTTT? I really contained myself on that call in case he said "im joking"

Long story short, i got some money (happy dance) at a time where i needed it the most.

Outsurance, i will leave you and go where?

Hubby is coming, we canceling with the other Company because he himself has seen how Outsurance pulled through for us.
