Excess recovered

We were rear ended in 2013 & the man who caused the accident made up a story about a 4th imaginary car causing the accident. Conraad Jonas disputed this on our behalf & Outsurance were offered a settlement. More than a year later we were refunded our excess. Thanks Conraad!
