Excess recovered

<p>As soon as i heard the words "I'm not insured" from the guy that bumper bashed me, the thought of claiming anything on his side had gone out the window. So i was pleasantly and quite frankly shocked to receive an email from Outsurance notifying me that they had managed to recover my excess after a year and a half since the accident.</p> <p> </p> <p>The matter was handled quite professionally and promptly. And i must say that receiving a few thousand rands in January is definitely a bonus after the festive season.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you to Lienkie De Bruin and the Legal department for the service provided.</p>
