Excess Recovered!

<p>My car was written off in Nov 2015. I was paid out immediately less my excess. </p> <p> </p> <p>Just by asking a question regarding recovering my Excess, Lienke and her team were able to make a payment plan with the guilty party, and 10 short months later he has paid the entire excess, which I should receive from Outsurance shortly. </p> <p> </p> <p>Many thanks for the patience in recovering the amount every month and quick and efficient service whenever I had a question. </p> <p> </p> <p>5 Stars!</p>
