Excess recovered

I had an accident in April 2014 which was not my fault. As the other party was not insured with Outsurance I had to pay my excess. Outsurance managed to recover my excess from the other party and I am receiving it back this week. My only complaint is that it took them a YEAR to recover my excess. Service rating - Average. Have since left Outsurance anyway as I sold that vehicle in June 2014
