Excess payment refund

My daughter was involved in a accident where she was hit from behind . I claimed from my insurance for her damages, but had to pay the excess payment to settle final repairs bill. Cheree was very proffesional and courtious at all time in giving me progres on her effort to get my excess payment refunded from the other parties insurance.
