Excess paid back and great coms

I have been with Outsurance for less than a year. My wife was involved in an accident which was not her fault in October 2015. In less than two weeks the repairs were completed and less than 2 months later the excess we paid was recovered from the other involved party. Also throughout the process we received constant updates and regular check-ins from each department as to status of the assessment, repairs, vehicle hire, legal process etc. <br> The entire process was handled telephonically and electronically.<br> Really Really GREAT service.<br> Thank you!
