Excess money returned.

Last year a car bashed into the back of mine. Outsurance told me they would try and get back the excess that I had paid. I truly thought I would never see that money! Outsurance phoned me once or twice to assure they were still working on the case and I was a bit sceptic as to the likelihood of their success. But this week I was amazed to receive the excess money! Well done Outsurance, I am impressed.
