Excess I had to pay recovered

Vehicle in an accident, but not our fault, but had to pay the excess to Outsurance in order to get repairs done. Excess eventually recovered from other party after much deliberation - which was Zurich Insurance in this case. Have no idea why it took them 4 months to resolve, but all credit to Outsurance and in particular Jonathan Gordon from Outsurance for continually chasing this up till resolved - we are very grateful and well done.<br> Great Service all round again from Outsurance
