excess fee *******
This is not the first time i did a claim with outsurance and got no help, every month my insurance is paid but when i called for assistance on a leaking problem i was told my access fee was r4000 if i took that money every month that i was giving u i could pay that r4000 i don't have money for access fee now im sitting with a leak that could get worse an damage my property cz of your access fee such a ******* wanting to look for another insurance company..

The excess is the 1st amount payable in the event of a claim and is discussed at sales stage. Nic advised you that our client services team can reduce your excess for future claims however that would have a direct impact on premium. You advised Nic that you don't want to pay a higher premium.
