Excess claim refunded

A BIG thank you to Lauren Williams at Outsurance. After an accident an excess amount was due by me even though the accident was another party's fault. Lauren advised from the start that she would do her best to claim back the excess amount from the other party's insurer. Every week she gave me an update and when I requested info she would respond the same day without fail. After a few weeks she was successful and my excess amount was refunded! If not for her commitment and high level of service this would not have happened. Thank you Lauren! It is people like you that make Outsurance great!
