Excess Claim

<p>I recently had my first accident and had to pay in an excess amount. Outsurance staff were extremely helpful and assisted me throughout the process. They always responded to my emails and kept me updated. Funi from their legal department kept explaining the process to me... even though it is highly frustrating...she kept me informed and was able to successfully attain my excess claim from the third party. I was extremely impressed with the entire team that was allocated to my claim. Thank you for getting me through this stressfull experience successfully.</p>
