EXCESS!!!!!!!!!!

I paid excess and been more than accommodating with outsurance when they said they will pay it back to me as the other person had to pay the excess which outsurance had to claim it from. I want my R4200.00 to be paid back to me with immediate effect. It has been over a month and still I have not received it back. I have been nice, emailing and calling but I am done now if outsurance doesnt pay my EXCESS back to me by the 6th April 2018 I will be cancelling all my insurance items and moving to Santam. Its a constant back and fourth and this is frustrating me!!!!!!!!!! I WANT A MANAGER TO CALL ME NO ONE ELSE. I WANT FEEDBACK ASAP!
