My review of 5 stars is based purely on my interaction with Alistair Coetzee today who added cheer to my day but ensuring i get the best possible premium on updating my addresses for both vehicle and household contents which I was admittedly concerned about.Alistair listened to my concerns and offered me something tangible in that I could see the benefit and further savings right away with the updated premium. Also the mere fact that Alistair listened to my concerns and acted in my best interest....
