What truly impressed me was that, despite not securing my business, she still went the extra mile and rewarded me with R1 500 simply for being a loyal, claim‑free client with my current insurer — which isn’t even OUTsurance. Ironically, my own insurer has never rewarded me, even though I haven’t submitted a single claim in the past five years.
