Dear reader My personal vehicle was hi-jacked at gunpoint on the 15/08/2023 while performing my work duties as Field Sales Rep for Diplomat Distributors in Gqeberha (former employer) at New Brighton outlet. I submitted my claim on the 16/08/2023 using the Outsurance app,cut a long story short. My essential cover policy claim was approved and on the 31/08/2023 I received my claim payout.I was able to buy another replacement used vehicle and also insured it with Outsurance.
