Exceptional service, quick replacement of damaged camera

There isn't any way in which my experience regarding a damaged camera (accidental) could be better. The person who dealt with my claim is Deven Pillay-Riches.

Courtesy, caring, quick responses, checking up, and before you could say "camera" my claim was approved, and I am now happily the owner of a new camera.

Deven also organized for their salvage department to collect the damaged camera from the repair-quotation place, so that I didn't have to make that trip again.

We regularly read about poor service, things going wrong etc etc.
