Exceptional service overall. Not happy with premiums though

I was with outsurance for a very long time and i was extremely happy with the service. Issues started after i bought my second car and upon request for a quote, i was slapped with a R3500 premium and i assumed the sales person made a mistake and he assured me that was my premium quoted to me, i actually cried as i couldn't believe that they could increase my premiums from R600 plus to a R3500 monthly. both my cars are not financed in addition i was adding a second vehicle with an intention to get lower premiums. I had to sell my second car and i had to shop around for a new service provider. I must admit because i couldn't stop bragging about the actual service and effectiveness when you claim, i called back after 6 months checking if all is still the same? I was offered over R2000 plus on premiums which for me is extremely expensive for someone who drives to work and to home everyday and on 3.1km back and forth.

I will not they offer the best service, simplified and yet effective.

I would still like to have my insurance with them again and i keep referring clients to Outsurance to so many people because of my experiences with them.
