I am an outsurance client.Recently I had a claim to be processed.The service I received by the claims advisor called Salona Pillay was awesome.From the beginning,she was so pleasant and ever willing to help me.Within no time and on the same day she had my claim processed and sorted out.This is exceptional service.Furthermore,she kept in contact with me all the time and her commitment as well as her proficiency is the best I have seen recently.Salona is definitely a great asset to the Outsurance brand and may she and the company grow from strength to strength.
