I recently had an incredibly positive experience with an agent from Outsurance while calling to cancel my home contents and building insurance. To give a bit of context, I lost my job last year in October, but I’ve managed to keep up with my insurance payments until now. I was poached by another insurer who offered me a lower quote for the same coverage, which led me to consider canceling my current policy.

To my pleasant surprise, he was able to reduce my premium to its original amount, making it comparable to the new insurer’s quote.
