Exceptional service delivery Mr. V Van Reysen (Outsurance)

For a person that usually complains a lot about the shocking service delivery we usually receive, I can honestly say that I have never experienced such great service, as we did from Mr. V. Van Reysen at Outsurance. After the massive downpours in April we had suffered some damage to the property and lodged a claim with Outsurance. Once Mr. Van Reysen started managing our claim, we were constantly kept in the loop as to what was happening. In depth emails and telephone calls were never too much hassle for him to entertain. All of our options were presented to us and it was just so pleasant to receive such great service. Should we ever have another claim, I would truly hope that he would manage it in the same way he managed this claim. Keep up the great work and hopefully your training department will learn from your exceptional service so that we can all experience the great service that you delivered over the last 4 months!
