With reference to claim number *** logged with OUTsurance. I wish to thank the dispute team from OUTsurance for exceptional service, special recognition to Bonnie Stack. The accident was enough of a nightmare but to be ******** tank full of petrol was worse. First Help Towing company drained and helped themselves to my petrol after towing my car that was involved in an accident. After logging a complaint with the dispute team at OUTsurance, my matter was speedily resolved and I am overly happy.
