exceptional service by Hendrik De La guerre

I had bought building insurance from Outsurance and the lady accepted to refund admin charges, but did not refund for 2 months....and I thought they never will...... end of story 1 then today(30 Aug 2017) Hendrik De La Guerre from life insurance makes a cold call to sell life insurance policy to me and I just raise the incident with him, though it wasnt his mistake or responsibility he runs around to help me get my refund and manages to get me the refund.... I am amazed and happy...and I really appreciate his customer centric approach ...may god bless him and good luck for his future.... I am sure he would be a great asset for any organisation...
