HAYMES TSHABALALA. - simply amazing service! This is not surprising to me - as I have impressed every time I have interacted with OUTSURANCE - their staff are friendly and professional , can always be heard very well (unlike other telecall centers where you can hear the noise and chaos in the back) - they have been exceptionally well trained and know their work. I have never been let down - and again - with Haymes - kept up the perfect record and even managed to make me laugh !! Well done
