Exceptional service

I am having financial difficulty and wanted to cancel the premiums, and a pleasant lady by the name of Odene Jacobs brought my 700 premium right down to 200 and something. She advised that I should at least have 3rd party cover and highjacking since it's a 10-month-old vehicle. She was extremely professional and explained everything in detail.
