Exceptional Service

I was burgled at my house in Durbanville on 1 April just 2 days before the Easter long weekend. The case was handed to Mr Neville Bishop at Outsurance who was the assessor, Mr Bishop came to my house and went timeously through every item which was ******, he was friendly and showed tremendous compassion during this stressful time. The claim for the contents was settled today and Outsurance really excelled in every way, I was put back into the same position as I was before the burglary and in some cases I was put into a better position. There are a few things on the building that need to be prepared but I'm sure these will be corrected very shortly because Outsurance and particularly Mr Neville Bishop proved to be truly fantastic. All the advertising they do on TV really did exceed all expectations and I would highly recommend Outsurance to everyone because you never know how good a person or firm are until they are tested and Outsurance and Mr Bishop really delivered in a remarkable way and I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart.
