Exceptional Service

<p>I recently made an accident, called Outsurance at the scene to activate the emergency plan. Approval was granted for the tow truck to take my vehicle to a salvage yard. The Outsurance operator showed empathy, worked quick and explained in detail what would happen next. The very next morning I received a call from Outsurance, this time another operator, who also showed empathy and guided me what needs to be done. Two days later the assessor called me finalised the claim and the next day I was called to confirm claimed approved, no gap cover with my bank and i received credit (value of car was higher than what I owed bank). All this was done in 4 days and to top of it, I received a letter stating i can remove my tow bar. Exceptional.</p>
