Exceptional service

<p>I would like to thank Melissa Troskie for the service she provided when she was resolving an issue i had with the increase of my insurance premium. I was a very irate client who was ready to move to another insurance company and i was not willing to pay a cent more that what i am currently paying because of the information that was not captured correctly on the system.</p> <p>Melissa phoned me,she listened to me and she put herself in my shoes as a client. Melissa asked me not to search for a new insurer as she will do her best to resolve my complaint, she advised me about the internal investigation and processes that needs to be followed and she promised to try and speed up the process and keeping me updated until they find a solution.</p> <p> </p> <p>Melissa kept me updated even when i did not answer my phone i would receive voice message from her informing me of the progress. Keep up the great work that you doing and i hope you continue to provide an excellent service to all your clients! You are Awesome! </p> <p> </p>
