Exceptional service

I must be honest and say that I have never written a positive review on hellopeter, however, after the great service I received from Outsurance I felt compelled to do so.

I unfortunately has some car trouble on Friday (05/01/2018). My car overheated and I was left stranded just off the highway. I called Outsurance where I was assisted by Andre Madurai. Andre processed the claim and within 30 minutes a friendly flat bed truck driver from Exclusive Towing arrived to assist. Since logging the call I received notification that my claim was being processed, I then received a message stating the ETA of the truck driver. The truck driver arrived early, hocked up may car in a couple of minutes and drove my car and myself home. I stay in a gated community in which large trucks cannot enter. The tow truck driver off loaded my car and even offered to help push the car to my front gate. While on the way home Andre called to check if the driver had picked me up and then called again a bit later to check if I was home safe. Absolutely brilliant. Service could not get any better than that.

I had the car fixed over the weekend however the same issue occurred the following Monday (08/01/2018). I was again stranded on the roadside. I again called Outsurance where I received the same great service from Wesley Chettiar and Hitech Roadside Rescue. The car was towed to my usual mechanic where the car was finally fixed properly.
