Exceptional service!

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received from OUTsurance on Tuesday, 06 August 2024. Sentle Mabusela, the consultant who assisted me, was incredibly friendly and professional. I clicked on the “Call me back” button on the OUTsurance website and I immediately received a call from her.

I explained to her that it was my first time taking out house insurance. She was patient and guided me through the entire process, explaining the insurance jargon clearly. She gave me the opportunity to ask questions and answered them professionally and comprehensively. Her expertise was evident.

I requested a callback to give me time to think about my decision and consult with my mother. She agreed and called me back as promised. I had more questions about the policy and coverage, and when she was unsure, she sought assistance from a colleague who was also very friendly. Unfortunately, I didn't get the colleague's name.

OUTsurance provided outstanding service. I requested changes to my initial quote, and they accommodated my needs. I ultimately signed up for the policy. Despite the second call being close to the end of the workday, both consultants remained patient and treated me with the same attentiveness as if I were their first caller of the day.
