Exceptional Service

I was retrenched last week, I called Outsurance to claim and due to them being busy, they said they would call me back. I was called back on the same day by Ranita who put me at ease in the way she handled my claim. she kept in touch with me constantly, was friendly and extremely efficient. Outsurance as a company also made claiming so easy, my claim was approved in a couple of hours. no doubt I will be with Outsurance for ever especially when they have ppl like Renita. massive kudos to her
