Exceptional Service

This one takes the crown, Zanele Mnisi from OUTsurance. What an exceptional service she delivered to us yesterday. She explained everything clear to us and now I have a better understanding of the policy I signed up for. I must say it is not about the premium or the excess you pay, it about getting more value for your money. That is what Zanele did and she did it perfectly well. She even extended her service by offering us to help with the cancellation of the current insurance. She went above and beyond her call of duty. Thank you Zanele. She put all her cards on the table to make us comfortable with our choices.

Today when we cancel our current insurance they now trying to keep us by offering a better deal than what Zanele offered us, too late we already committed to Zanele's deal. If the valued us they would have gave a courtesy call and say "hey we have noticed that your cover doesn't cover 1, 2, 3" and as our valued customer we don't want you to be exposed should an unfortunate event happens...
