I phoned the call centre on a Saturday afternoon and was immediately greeted by a friendly, cheerful consultant who made me feel valued as a customer.I was then transferred to the cancellations department, where I was met with yet another incredibly friendly and professional person. Both consultants were patient, helpful, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. Their positive attitude and willingness to assist truly made my day.In today's world, where good customer service can sometimes be hard to find, it was refreshing to experience such warmth and professionalism. The fact that these employees were working on a Saturday and still provided service with such enthusiasm and kindness speaks volumes about the culture at OUTsurance.Although I am sorry that I had to cancel my policy, I can say with confidence that if I purchase another vehicle in the future, OUTsurance will be my first choice.
