Exceptional patience and service

My dad passed away a few week ago. My dad had a insurance policy with Outsurance which had to be changed to reflect that my mom is now a widow and that teh monthly fee needs to be taken form her account form now on as my dad's account will be closed.

My mom is still "old school" and doesn't know how all teh new tecnologies work. She is also an Afrikaand 69 year old lady who has been a house wife all her life. You can imagine how daunting all teh admin things must be for her after my dad's passing. HlaHla, was more than happy to allow me to assist my mom with this task. The challenge however is that I am staying in a different town than my mom, but Hlahla arranged a telephone conference call and was so patient with my mommy who panics when she hears english :-)

Hlahla made my mom feel relaxed thorugh her calm nature and she explained everything so well.
