Exceptional Customer Service from Tiyani Shihlomule

I had a vehicle accident in June 2017 with a Courier Company. The Company would not take ownership and I had to make a claim. The claim was handled efficiently and I then received a call from Tiyani Shihlomule informing me that he was making an attempt to obtain the excess from the Courier Company. Tiyani was professional, polite and extremely helpful but more importantly he has contacted me periodically either telephonically or via text; keeping me informed on progress and just to assure me that they are still working on the claim. Whilst I was not overly optimistic that I would receive the monies, I received a call today informing me that Outsurance has successfully managed to obtain my excess from the Courier company. I want to commend Outsurance for always exceeding my expectations through efficient personnel such as Tiyani Shihlomule; it is evident that he believes in the brand, delivers on his promises but more importantly knows the importance of keeping the customer informed and making a customer feel valued. I surely feel valued and appreciated.
