Exceptional Customer Service from Outsurance

I don't think that I have ever experienced such exceptional service as I have with Outsurance. My husband's vehicle was damaged when he drove through a pothole and every step with Outsurance was handled in the best possible way. I initially was not entirely happy with the supplier that the vehicle was taken to but again Outsurance assisted. I must commend Linah Hlongwane from Customer Services, who was in constant contact with me and was patient and understanding when I explained the scenario to her. She even did a follow up with me after the vehicle had been collected!
